ساختار سیستم مشخص میکند که چه عواملی عضو سیستم هستند و این عوامل چگونه به هم مربوط هستند. ساختار سیستم «رفتار سیستم» را شکل میدهد.
شبکههای ارتباطی مدارس از یک سو به یافتن شغلهای بهتر کمک میکنند و از سوی دیگر میتوانند زمینهساز رشد در مسیر شغلی باشند. در این مقاله به راههای تقویت این شبکهها و نقش آنها در توسعه و عدالت آموزشی پرداخته شده است.
