جلسه هفتم دوره «یادگیری و تفکر سیستمی در مدرسه» به رفتار ساختارهای ساده در سیستمها و نحوه نوشتن معادلات متغیرهای نرخ میپردازد.
در این صفحه اصطلاحات رایج در تفکر سیستمی به فارسی و انگلیسی ذکر شده و لینک دسترسی به توضیحات هر اصطلاح هم آمده است.
فکر سیستمی مسوولیت رفتار سیستم را به عوامل داخل سیستم و کسانی که سیاستها و ساختار سیستم را مشخص میکنند نسبت میدهد.
فکر غیر سیستمی رفتار سیستم را به عوامل خارجی و غیر قابل کنترل نسبت میدهد.
«چشم انداز مشترک» تصویری روشن و قابل فهم از آیندهای است که کارکنان و سایر ذینفعان یک سازمان تلاش میکنند سهمی در شکل گیری آن داشته باشند.
کهن الگوی «درمانهای بدتر از درد» یک ساختار شناخته شده سیستمی است که طی آن، در کوتاه مدت وضعیت بهتر و در بلند مدت وضعیت بدتر میشود.
