«ریشه مساله» در نگاه سیستمی، ساختاری است که باعث دور شدن از «هدف» و به وجود آمدن «مساله» و «نشانههای مساله» میشود.
تفکر درونزا (ساختار به عنوان علت) زیربنای تفکر سیستمی است و به این واقعیت اشاره دارد که این «ساختار سیستم» است که «رفتار سیستم» را میسازد.
جلسه هفتم دوره «از تفکر سیستمی تا دینامیک سیستمها» به ساختار سیستمها و تئوری ساختمان سیستم در مکتب دینامیک سیستمها میپردازد.
«تامل» (Reflection) یعنی سرعت تصمیمگیری و اقدامهایمان را کم کنیم تا بتوانیم بفهمیم چگونه تصمیم میگیریم و چگونه اقدام میکنیم.
«حضور» (Presence) یعنی نسبت به شرایطی که در آن قرار داریم و نسبت به افکار، احساسات و اقدامهای خودمان و دیگران تامل و آگاهی داشته باشیم.
